Key Responsibilities:

-Oversee all aspects of the dining room operations, including managing the staff and ensuring efficient service delivery.

-Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

-Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement innovative menus that cater to the preferences of our guests.

-Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure the availability of high-quality ingredients and supplies.

-Train and mentor dining room staff to uphold our standards of service excellence and professionalism.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

-Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a fine dining establishment.

-Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a diverse team.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, staff and suppliers.

-Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

-In-Depth knowledge of food, beverage and preferably golf operations.
